Refund & Return Policy – iClear Kenya
No Refunds — Exchanges Only
At iClear, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we provide exchanges for defective units covered under warranty.
Exchange Eligibility
- Products are eligible for exchange only if they have a manufacturing defect.
- Exchanges are accepted within 1 year from the date of purchase as part of our 1-Year Warranty.
- Filter replacement is not covered under warranty or exchange.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at iclearwellife@iclear.hk with:
- Your order details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Once approved, a replacement unit will be delivered and installed at no extra cost (within Nairobi & surrounding areas).
Delivery Damage
If your product arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The external packaging
- We will work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue and dispatch a replacement if necessary.
