Refund & Return Policy – iClear Kenya

No Refunds — Exchanges Only

At iClear, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we provide exchanges for defective units covered under warranty.

Exchange Eligibility

  1. Products are eligible for exchange only if they have a manufacturing defect.
  2. Exchanges are accepted within 1 year from the date of purchase as part of our 1-Year Warranty.
  3. Filter replacement is not covered under warranty or exchange.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at iclearwellife@iclear.hk with:
    • Your order details
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Once approved, a replacement unit will be delivered and installed at no extra cost (within Nairobi & surrounding areas).

Delivery Damage

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The external packaging
  • We will work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue and dispatch a replacement if necessary.
